Yooo man, where the fuck am I?

Immediately when were assigned this project, I was excited about what I was going to create. When we did the pop quiz I got a chance to mess around with different effects and very quickly knew what story I wanted to convey with my soundscape. After completing my soundscape, I am more than happy with it. I feel as though I had a vision of a person in his apartment, smoking and doing daily activities, and then have it transition into him being abducted by aliens. From the very beginning I knew what I wanted to portray, but I knew I was limited to the sounds we each recorded so I knew I would have to make it work with them, and I think I did it very successfully in the end. I got many wonderful comments, as well as many critiques on how my peers thought I could improve it but truthfully, I believe most of them were a matter of personal opinion and I am extremely excited and proud of how my piece turned out. I definitely accomplished what I was hoping to and maybe even more! I will actually be listening to my piece many, many times in the future.
